The press conference of the head coach of our team, Gurban Gurbanov, was held after the game "Qarabag" - "Sabail" (2:1) of the VI round of the current Premier League. An experienced specialist expressed his opinion about the meeting:
"I congratulate my players. It was a very important victory. We are not yet fully staffed. Some of our players had injuries, Yassin Benzia came late from the national team. Nevertheless, the players suffered a lot. We had quite a few goal episodes. We just couldn't use it. In front of us was a team that defended well and launched a quick counterattack."
The head coach also informed about the current situation of new transfer Alexey Kashuk: "He will need some time. Actively participates in training. He did not play for a long time, he was away from collective training. We don't want to take too many risks. I think we will continue like this for a few more games. A lot will depend on how he shows himself in training."
