A meeting took place between the leaders of the clubs “Qarabağ” and “Copenhagen,” who will face each other in the UEFA Champions League group stage.
“Qarabağ” was represented by club president Tahir Gözel, vice-president Fevzihan Aras, board members Emrah Çelikel and Asif Asgarov, as well as head of the Operations Department, Farid Agayev.
“Copenhagen” was represented by president Lars Seier, Director of Stadiums and Facilities Brian Mansson, Head of Club Relations Daniell Askholm, and UEFA’s main liaison officer Daniel Mofid. The UEFA delegate, Serbian official Jovan Surbatović, also attended the meeting.
The discussions focused on organizational matters, opportunities for mutual cooperation, and strengthening friendly relations between the two clubs. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the meeting and wished success to both teams in the tournament.
At the end, commemorative gifts related to the match were also exchanged.
